Please note, this is a multi-day workshop series.
In this multi-day workshop you will learn how to:
manage conflict within your relationship
enhance friendship within your relationship
develop shared meaning (What is your mission and legacy?)
In addition to over 4 hours of evidence-based couples enrichment, all couples will receive a detailed assessment of the strengths and weaknesses within their specific relationship. Couples will also recevie a Gottman Seven Principles Couples Guide.

Presenter: Magdaline Braxton, Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, working under the direct clinical supervision of Rachel Sullivan, LMFT, at Solid Ground Counseling Center.
Magdaline is passionate about working with couples to help them navigate negative emotional interactions. To support this passion, Magdaline completed extensive couple’s training in the Gottman Method and currently provides support to couples as a Gottman Styled Couples Therapist. She also works in the community as a Gottman Seven Principles Leader.
