Free Community Park Day June 4th, 2023
The Howell Nature Center would like to celebrate our appreciation of you – our stupendous community – on this day. Please enjoy the Wildlife & Discovery Park, Raptor Center, Ambassador Trail, and Alexandria’s NatureScape at no cost for the entire day. The gift shop will be open if you’d like to take home a memento of your visit. Gift shop purchases help to support our wildlife clinic.

Interested in enhancing your kiddos experience with our Sky Tykes Course? Come enjoy our newest addition to our public park. Walk alongside your child or step back and watch them take part in the fun! As they explore the course and test their limits, they’re securely harnessed in and monitored by a Nature Center staff member. Pre-registeration is required. This is a drop in event. Guests may show up anytime from 12:00pm to 3:30pm to participate.
Closed toed shoes are required and children must be under 48 inches (4ft) to participate.
Children Sky Tykes Fee: $5.00 (fee is in addition to daily HNC park admission)
