2023 Marianist Administrators Conference 

Dates: Sunday, October 22 through Tuesday, October 24

MAC begins with a group Mass on Sunday evening (5:00 pm Eastern) and ends Tuesday evening after dinner (Sunday and Wednesday are travel days for out-of-town participants). Participants are expected to be present for all sessions and activities.

Airport:  Lambert St. Louis International Airport (STL)

In addition to booking your flights early, we urge you to utilize the Marianist Province's travel agent for best routing and fares, and for support should you experience any issues with your flight.  The agent's name is Mr. Chris Roth (314-504-2568) at Uniglobe Travel, furtravel@gmail.com. 

Participants: 

Participation is by invitation from the Office of Sponsorship. MAC participants include presidents, heads of school, and principals of Marianist-sponsored schools, and executive directors of sponsored retreat centers.  MAC is a great opportunity to gain professional and spiritual insights, and to network with leaders from other Marianist-sponsored ministries. 

Expenses: Participants will be invoiced $500 each to offset the conference cost

The Province will pay all meeting and lodging costs.  The Proivnce will reimburse airfare and baggage fees but will not reimburse parking or other travel-related cost. Out-of-town participants who will be driving their own vehicle will be reimbursed at the then current IRS standard mileage rate. 

Ride Sharing: 

Those traveling by air should use a ride sharing service (Uber, Lyft, etc.) to travel to and from the airport and The Sheraton.  Basic ride sharing rates will be reimbursed by the Province.  Those who choose to not rely on ride sharing services are free to rent a car at their own expense.

Please register by August 1, 2023.  Please also book your travel by that date.

If your airline travel requires your arrival on Saturday, please indicate this in your registration.
