WEBINAR: The SECURE 2.0 Legislation – New Retirement Planning Opportunities in 2023 and Beyond

Description

Late last year, Congress passed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, which included new retirement savings rules collectively referred to as SECURE 2.0. The new law expands on the original SECURE Act legislation enacted in 2019 and contains new provisions for retirement planning including in the areas of:

  • required minimum distributions
  • catch-up contributions
  • qualified charitable distributions
  • automatic enrollment
  • small business tax credits
  • part-time employee eligibility
  • tax-free rollovers of 529 plans

To make sense of the new legislation, Directors of Wealth Management and Financial Planning Services, Judith P. Barnhard, CPA, CFP®, CDFA® and Alex S. Seleznev, MBA, CFP®, CFA, have scheduled a one-hour complimentary webinar on Tuesday, May 2 from 11 am to 12 pm EST. Register now to join Judy and Alex and learn how you can take advantage of the new legislation for more effective retirement planning.
