This seminar is intended for our dealer or distributor office personnel that deal with ordering DoorKing product and product RMAs.
- We will discuss Doorking RMA policies focusing on the Dealer Web Portal.
- Have a better understanding of our line of products.
- We will review different design layouts and equipment list.
- Learn how to identify entrapment areas and what devices to use to protect those areas in accordance with UL325.
- Get a better understanding on how gates should be constructed in accordance with ASTM F2200.
- Review sample new project questionnaires.
