Basic Chakra Workshop 

Chakras are energy centers that allow our energy to flow in a healthy, and balanced way throughout our bodies.

Just as computers have wires that enable the power to flow and allow the computer to create and do its actions and functions, chakras are like the "wires" of humans allowing the energy to flow through us so we can properly perform our actions and processes.

In the same way, a computer might glitch if its wires are wonky; humans also glitch too. Humans must work on an energetic level instead of a physical level to access our "wires." 

My intention for this course is that after attending, you will be more in tune with these wires and find ways to actively be aware and present in maintaining healthy chakras. You should leave this course with a general understanding of each chakra and have tools to help you assess and maintain balanced chakras.
