The New York State Probation Officers Association will be holding its 2023 Annual Conference at Embassy Suites Destiny, 311 Hiawatha Boulevard in Syracuse, NY on July 26-28, 2023. Conference attendees include line officers, supervisors, administrators, service-oriented agencies, and state officials who work with adults and juveniles in community corrections. Last year’s conference, also held in Syracuse, drew over 200 attendees and this year’s event is expected to draw even more.

The NYSPOA recognizes that specialized services and innovative equipment contribute to the safe and cost-effective management of our agencies. The opportunity for attendees to interact with your representatives in the exhibit area is an important benefit to our attendees and a significant factor in the educational goals of the conference. This is why your company is invited to be an exhibitor at our 2023 Conference.

The exhibitor fee for this year’s conference is $750.00. This fee includes a skirted table, chairs, electrical service, Wi-Fi, break service, lunches, and participation in the Wednesday night networking event. 

Any company’s prize donation to our silent auction will be mentioned in the conference brochure. Silver Sponsors ($350) will be listed as such in the conference brochure. Gold Sponsors ($400) will be listed as such and will have your brochure placed in each attendee’s folder. Sponsors at the Platinum level ($500) will list you as such, have your brochure in each attendee’s folder, and will have a link for your company placed on our website for one year. 

We are also accepting sponsorships for break services and other conference events. The cost to sponsor an entire break service will be $1800 and includes a sign at the break service announcing your company sponsorship of that break, plus all the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor. This is also an excellent opportunity for those companies who are unable to attend the conference to promote their products and services.
