The Georgia Chapter of the APWA contributes over $15,000 per year in scholarships to deserving students who are pursuing careers in disciplines related to the public works industry and other charities throughout the State of Georgia. This year’s fundraiser will help us to maintain this level of support.

We have a fun golf outing planned and want to fill the course on Friday, June 9, 2023. Please complete your registration online by Friday, May 19, 2023.

• Shotgun Start – 9:00 a.m. – Range Balls Not Included
• 2 - Putt Shootout – 7:30 a.m.
• Format – 2 Person Scramble / Lowest Score
• Tournament – Awards for 1^st and 2^nd Place Winners
• Closest to Pin and Longest Drive Hole Events
• Buffet Luncheon, Prize Ceremony and Raffle Following Golf

Sign up as a team or as an individual.  Registration Fee for Golfers - $100 per person/$200 per team

If two or more players sign up on the same registration only two players will be allowed to play on the same team. Remember the format is a Two Man/Lowest score per hole. Opposing teams will keep the others team score.  (Note:  Any deviation from this format will result in the team's disqualification) 

 

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Funds raised will go to Georgia Chapter, APWA to help fund the Chapter’s Scholarship Program. 

•    $150 – Hole Sponsor:  Includes Sign on Tee Box and Printed Materials
•    $200 – Flag Sponsor: Company’s Name Will Appear on the Green’s Flag and Printed Materials
•    $500 – Lunch Sponsor: Total of 3 sponsorships needed - Includes sponsor sign at Lunch Buffet Table
•    $300 – Beverage Cart Sponsor: Total of 2 sponsorships needed - Includes sponsor Logo drink/snack       cards for each golfer at registration
•    $400  – Breakfast Sponsor: Total of 2 sponsorships needed - Includes sponsor sign at Breakfast Buffet table

•    $75 - Vendor Tables during the Luncheon

Additional prize donations and/or giveaways (i.e. tees, balls, hats, putters, gloves, etc.) will be accepted from any of the sponsors. If you are sponsoring a hole and would like to conduct a hole event, please contact Lawrence Jeter at 678.629.6203 or ljeter1723@gmail.com

At Exit 68, take ramp right for Wesley Chapel Road; Turn right onto Wesley Chapel Road 2 miles; Turn left onto Snapfinger Road/Ga. Hwy. 155 @ Quik Trip 5 miles; Keep straight on G. Hwy. 155; Turn left onto Ward Road 0.2 miles; Turn left onto Little Mountain Drive 0.5 miles; Golf Course will be on the right.

Traveling I-20 West; (East of Exit 71)

At Exit 71, take ramp right to Panola Road; Turn left onto Panola Road and head south 3.3 miles; Turn left onto Snapfinger Road/Ga. Hwy. 155 1.1 miles; Turn left onto Ward Road 0.2 miles; Turn left onto Little Mountain Drive 0.5 miles; Golf Course will be on the right.
