• Wendi Modarelli, Principal Human Resources Consultant – HRT Northwest
  Wendi Modarelli from HRT Northwest Wendi is the Principal Consultant for HRT Northwest in Washington State. She has over 20 years of experience in consulting, outsourcing and hands on HR management. She enjoys helping companies solve challenging HR issues by tailoring individual business solutions. Wendi's expertise lies in employee relations, compliance, performance management and training. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & HR from the University of Washington and holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
  
  
• David E. Worley, Attorney - Miller Nash LLP
  David Worley is a senior associate on the firm’s employment & labor relations practice team. He represents employers of all sizes in state and federal court against claims of wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment issues. David also represents businesses in a variety of labor relations disputes, including collective bargaining, contract negotiation, grievance arbitration, and traditional labor matters. David has represented institutions, public entities, and individuals in state and federal courts, including respective appellate courts. David also represents clients before state and federal regulatory authorities, focusing on employment and labor issues. In addition to representing clients in litigation and dispute resolution matters, David frequently advises clients on day-to-day issues that arise, attempting to prevent problems before they become lawsuits. He reviews and drafts employment agreements, employee handbooks, collective bargaining agreement provisions, and all other manners of labor- and employment-related documents.Prior to joining Miller Nash, David was a commissioned Sheriff’s Deputy with the King County Sheriff’s office, earning valuable experience and perspective.
