Understanding the value and scope of a TREC residential home inspection. Setting appropriate expectations for your client is key to success. This course outlines three areas of the real estate transaction that are affected by the home inspection and will help realtors to understand the benefits of the home inspection, how they can service their clients by helping to facilitate the home inspection, and how to better understand the limitations of the home inspection.
