Please join us for this interactive, virtual workshop
The abusive partner/parent creates fractures within their families, which causes precarious chronic stress that disrupts consistent play and bonding. Domestic violence programming has opportunities to provide children and the protective parent with meaningful activities beyond crafts to ones centered on healing and bonding. This workshop will overview ODVN's Youth Activities and Support Group Ideas for Families Exposed to Domestic Violence. Participants will receive this free 68-page resource that offers trauma-informed guidance in healing engagement, group structures, and designed activities.
Noteworthy: Please join with the expectation of participating and talking with one another, risking thoughts, trying ideas during role-play and scenarios, and breaking into small group work over Zoom. If you participate and wish to receive CEUs, you will need to demonstrate your participation with cameras on, engage in conversation, and actively participate in small group work.

Cost: Free for ODVN Members (ODVN Member Program or Individual/Organizational Membership); $25 for Non-ODVN Members. ***Note: If paying by check, please include the name of the training on the memo line.
CEUs: To obtain 2 CEUs, you are required to attend the entire training, fully participate with camera on during Zoom call, and complete an evaluation form. Evaluations and Certificate Request forms must be completed within 24 hours after the training to receive CEUs.
