is scheduled for Thursday March 9th, 2023
at the Cowichan Lake Curling Lounge
at 5:30 pm start

Food and Beverages on the menu will be purchased from Country Grocer and it will be set up by the Chamber Staff and Volunteer Directors as a self serve table:
Vegetable Soup
Veggie and Cold Cut Sandwiches
Dessert Squares
Coffee/Tea/Water
$20.00 per person
The bar will be staffed and beverages available (cash bar)
The Annual General Meeting is where you as a Member in good standing can come out, step up and put their name forward or a fellow member for Nomination to become a Director of the Chamber Board for 2023/2024.
Express your vote for who the leaders will be to advocate on behalf of the business community in the Cowichan Lake area.
Attend the AGM and be a positive spark
moving forward, working towards a better economy and building a thriving Chamber of Commerce in the community where you Live, Work and Play.
Reminder.....in order to be eligible for nomination and voting your 2023 Membership must be paid prior to the AGM.
