The 1000 Islands Charity Poker Run is a grassroots, volunteer-driven event dedicated to the charitable needs and economic development of the Thousand Islands Region. ALL proceeds from this year’s event will be donated to our partner charities, Make A Wish of Central New York and the River Community Wellness Center at River Hospital.

Registration will go live at 9am on March 1st, 2023.Registration requires the following information:

  • Captain's name, address, phone number, and email address, t-shirt size.
  • Payment information
  • Boat name, boat length, boat type, boat top speed & cruising speed
  • Proof of insurance for boats is required in PDF format and must be uploaded during registration or emailed, NO LATER THAN June 1, 2023 to info@1000islandsrun.com.

Entries are non-transferrable. Cancellations can be made until June 1st, 2023 and will incur a $200 processing fee.

FEES & PRIZES

GENERAL REGISTRATION Entry Fee - $795 per boat, includes driver and one crew member.
  • Additional Crew Member - $195 each (Can be registered separately)
  • 1 Poker Hand per Registration. Additional Hands may be purchased at Banquet Saturday.
  • Prizes will be awarded to top 3 poker hands. ($5,000, $3,500 & $1,500)

    SLIP ASSIGNMENT

    Registration includes dock space/rafts for Thursday, Friday & Saturday Nights - July 13, 14 15,  2023 at the Clayton Harbor Municipal Marina. (FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!)
    The TICPR Committee and/or Harbormaster reserves the right to make changes to slip assignments based on the needs and logistics of the event. 
     
    If you plan on coming before Thursday you are responsible for reserving your own dock slip through the town of Clayton -Clayton Harbor Marina.

    Upon arrival at Event, you will be provided with your dock slip location, additional information about poker run speed groups, and all other information needed to ensure that you have a fun and safe event!

     
    INSURANCE

    Proof of insurance is required to participate and must submitted to us by June 1, 2023 - failure to send your proof of insurance may forefit your registration to the event. You may submit  your proof of insurance by:
