This training provides information on the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Resolving Disputes Under IDEA, and IDEA Special Education Basic Mediation Procedures.
Participants will become more familiar and have capacity with and around Special Education Mediation to increase the use of this voluntary process as an option to resolve complaints regarding the education and experiences of a student with a disability.
