Chapter Report Form (March 2023)

This NBS-AERho Chapter Census form is a brief report of the chapter's membership, activities, and contact information. Please submit by March 10. 

The responses will be used to verify the database and to see how your chapter is progressing. The report should be completed in about five minutes.  You will need the name and e-mail address of your chapter president, chapter advisor, and members.
