The California Chronic Care Coalition and its co-sponsoring organizations, California Health Collaborative, California Rheumatology Alliance, Hemophilia Council of California, Axis Advocacy, California Pharmacists Association, Looms for Lupus, and the ALS Association invites you and your patient advocates to attend Advocacy in Action.
Advocacy in Action is our united advocacy day. It is an opportunity to meet with legislators, and for advocates to come together and raise their voices for those with chronic conditions and speak about issues and pending legislation. Together our voice is stronger and louder as we share our concerns, encourage policy that benefits consumers, educate opinion leaders and advocate for Californians with chronic conditions. We are counting on you!
