2023 Montana Frontier Healthcare Conference Vendor/Sponsor Registration

The Montana Chapter of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and Montana Health Network invites you to be a Vendor / Sponsor for our 2023 Frontier Healthcare Conference. Your support is vital to our goal to present an exceptional event for members and partners in improving health for rural and frontier communities.

Educational Conference Exhibit – Our premiere event consistently brings about 75 members, sponsors, students and guests to a two-day conference providing ten continuing education hours.  Vendors arriving June 21, 2023 in Billings, Montana will participate and exhibit during the educational programs held June 21st and 22nd. 

Please note you can pay for sponsorship via check or Venmo after registering. Our Venmo handle is @mthimss  

 Logo for Vendor Registrations

Registered vendors will have their logos placed in the conference program, on the MT HIMSS Chapter website, and in other conference materials as applicable.  

Exhibitor Table

Registered vendors will have a skirted 6 foot table and power access. Wi-fi internet access is also provided.

Set Up and Break Down

Set up can begin Wednesday, June 21st at 10 a.m. Breakdown can begin on Thursday, June 22nd after lunch around 12:30 p.m.

*Please note: vendors are responsible for their own set-up and tear down.  

Attendee Information

Registered vendors will receive a list of attendees including their name, title and company.  We are unable to release any additional contact information and we encourage our attendees to visit each of the vendors.
