Menu: Midland Hills Chicken: Lightly floured and pan-seared chicken breast with a buttery white-wine sauce with lemon, artichokes, tomatoes, capers and Kalamata olives served Wild Rice Pilaf, Green Beans Almondine, and warm rolls with butter, coffee, hot tea, and milk. Cookies for dessert.
