Menu: Midland Hills Chicken: Lightly floured and pan-seared chicken breast with a buttery white-wine sauce with lemon, artichokes, tomatoes, capers and Kalamata olives served Wild Rice Pilaf, Green Beans Almondine, and warm rolls with butter, coffee, hot tea, and milk. Cookies for dessert.

CE Credits:
This educational offering is APPROVED by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 1.0-hour of Standard classroom credit toward continuing insurance education requirements for each hour attended.

A certificate of attendance is available for individuals requesting CPE and PRP (Professional Recertification Program – formerly PACE) credits.
