Friday Night Fiesta!

Friday March 24th:

Dueling Pianos 7 PM to 10 PM

Enjoy an evening of great entertainment, food and socailizing with your peers.

Appetizers and a cash bar will be available; (each participant will receive 2 free drink tickets)

Saturday Training Session:

8-9am Welcome breakfast and greetings

9-10:40am Frequent Food Safety Violations

10:40- 11:00am Break

11:00-12:30pm Managing Food Allergies

12:30-1:30pm Lunch (food provided by vendors)

1:35-3:00pm Introduction to HACCP

3:10-4:00pm Roundtable discussion- Sharing success/best practices & challenges

All training materials will be available in English and Spanish. A translator will be in the classes.
