Join the Greater Ann Arbor Area OA Intergroup for our Spring 2023 Workshop: "Abstinence and Serenity in Tough Times". This VIRTUAL workshop will be presented through Zoom and will make great use of many of the features of this platform.

The Workshop will include:

A main speaker addressing how OA helps us endure hard times, challenging situations, and the people, places, and things we cannot control.
Experienced OA panelists share what strengthens them and take your questions.
Intimate, confidential breakout groups explore stressors and how to surmount them.
Big pamphlet and bookmark giveaway

EVERYONE who wants to stop eating compulsively is welcome!

There is no fee to join us. For those who can, we suggest making a $5.00
