RISING TREETOPS CAMPUS CLEANUP
Join KIDSGIVE at our next volunteer event with our newest partner - RISING TREETOPS OF OAKHURST.
Rising Treetops works to enhance the quality of life for children and adults with special needs, including autism and physical and intellectual disabilities, and provide respite for their families through a year-round camp experience, based in Monmouth County, NJ.
The volunteer event will be held on Sunday, April 2nd from 11am-2pm on the campus of Rising Treetops in Oakhurst, NJ. During this event youth volunteers will:
1. Rake, clear and bag leaves along the picturesque Nature Trail to help create a safe outdoor space for guests. All Volunteers must BRING THEIR OWN RAKE AND GLOVES.
2. Paint decorative rocks to be placed along the Nature Trail in preparation for the Spring
3. Collect/Donate gently used much needed items to Rising Treetops such as
Towels
Travel Size Shampoo and Conditioner
Twin Bed Sheets
Hand-held Musical Instruments
Fidget Spinners
2 of Your Favorite Books (all age groups)
1 Puzzle
Dress-up Costumes
Register today to join us on April 2nd and help the Rising Treetops community get ready for spring and help stock their shelves with these much needed items.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All volunteers must sign a Rising Treetops Waiver in order to volunteer onsite. Please fill out the WAIVER FORM and bring it with you to the event to help expedite your entry.
