The opening statement is your first opportunity to tell the jury your client’s story. This program will teach you how to give an effective and winning opening statement. Topics include themes and storytelling, using exhibits and visuals, talking about damages, and advocating within the bounds of what is allowed in opening statement.
This program will benefit experienced trial attorneys who are looking to hone their trial skills but will also provide newer attorneys with the basics.
