Years of chronic stress and collective trauma have left many of us with adrenal fatigue. The effects of a frazzled nervous system can wreak havoc on our health. In this session, Erin Batkiewicza, board-certified music therapist will demonstrate how your favorite songs can benefit the brain and body’s stress response. You will leave with three new strategies for calming the nervous system and shifting your physiological and emotional state.
