Come learn about the Job Foundation program and help increase employment outcomes for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in your community.
Learning Objectives:
Build community across the state around the Job Foundation Project and Transition services.
Provide support to Job Foundation and Transition stakeholders
Help stakeholders deliver positive and relevant services to transition students and their families
Join us if you have something to share, want to learn more, or if you need specific help with the Job Foundation report. These Community of Practice events will be loosely structured around a topic related to the Job Foundation program and transition services. They are designed to be flexible in meeting the needs of those engaging in transition services in their local communities.
We look forward to seeing you!
