2024 SUMA Tradeshow Booth Registration

Exhibitor registration for the 2024 Municipal Marketplace, is now open. This registration is considered an application. All applications are subject to review and approval by SUMA. 

First, look closely at the tradeshow floorplan to identify your preferred choices which will be entered during registration. 


Booth rates are as follows:

  • Regular Booth 10' wide x 10' deep
    $1,102.50 each ($1,050 + $52.50 GST) 
  • Additional Booth (after 2 booths purchased)
    $945 each ($900 + $45 GST)
  • Premium Location Booth 10' wide x 10' deep (marked with P):
    $1312.50 each ($1,250 + $62.50 GST)  
  • Large Equipment Booth 20' wide x 15' deep 
    $2,362.50 each ($2,250 + $112.50 GST)
  • Large Equipment Booth 30' wide x 15' deep 
    $2,887.50 each ($2,750 + $137.50 GST)  

Booths Include:

  • Draped with 8’ high back walls; 3’ high side walls
  • One skirted 6’ table and two folding chairs
  • One electrical outlet provided. (If requested during tradeshow booth registration)
  • Two complimentary lunch tickets. (If requested during booth staff registration)

Booth Staff Registration will be sent out closer to convention to the main contact listed on the Tradeshow Booth Registration. This is to obtain badges and complimentary lunch tickets for the people working your booth.

Once your application is approved and your booth is registered in our system, a confirmation email will be sent that includes a link to the exhibitor portal. In the portal, you will be able to update your company bio and access exhibitor information as the convention details are finalized. 

SUMA has the right to refuse or reject any application submitted. SUMA may reassign location if the preferred space is not available. Once your application is processed, an invoice will be emailed to the contact on your registration. Booths are not guaranteed until payment has been received. Payment received for your booth means acceptance of these terms and conditions



SUMA has been made aware of past tradeshow vendors receiving phone calls and emails from someone claiming to be booking hotel rooms for tradeshow vendors. They ask for credit card information to hold the room(s). Please be advised that no one from SUMA will call a tradeshow vendor to book a hotel room. If vendors are wishing to book rooms, please contact hotels directly.


Current tradeshow vendors have been receiving emails from someone using our convention logo and claiming to have attendee lists available. Please be advised that SUMA does not share member or delegate information, and another company would not have this information. As an exhibitor, you will receive a list of municipalities that have registered for the convention. 


SUMA has been made aware of past tradeshow vendors receiving letters that appear to come from us, but are actually from the International Fairs Directory. The letter requests vendors send in company information. SUMA is in no way affiliated with the International Fairs Directory, and will never provide your information to outside organizations. Please do not reply to these inquiries.
