Managing Conflict
Effective conflict management is an essential skill for every leader and aspiring leader. When harnessed productively, conflict can be a force to build both company culture and competitive advantage.
In this training we will share tips on how to handle difficult conversations in the workplace to get the best possible results.
Presenter Alison Milioto is the co-founder and owner of BlueLion. She has a Masters in Business from UNH and has been practicing HR for over 9 years. She also holds her HR Certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
Alison assists clients with implementing benefit packages, dealing with employee issues, and engagement, and assisting companies with becoming strategic with their HR initiatives.
