Delaware Catalyst Fund Information & Update Session - April 20

Cinnaire & DSHA are hosting an information and update session for developers and general contractors to provide details on the new Catalyst Fund. The Catalyst Fund is a partnership between DSHA and Cinnaire to create and preserve affordable homeownership opportunities through the acquisition of vacant homes and properties in Delaware neighborhoods.
