Beach Elite Level 2 Sand Training
Sand Training Details:
Age Level 13-18
Skill Level: Advanced (Requires 2 years of sand experience)
Practice Dates: Monday from 5:30pm - 7:00pm, May 15th to June 12th
Cost: $100
Program is designed to improve all aspects of the player’s beach volleyball game and skill level to compete at the highest possible level.
Each session will include specific work on team offense and defense as well as individual work based on player’s side (left/right) or assignments (blocker/defender) along with game strategies.
Sessions will also include different competitive drills designed to develop all aspects of the game with the ultimate goal of being able to compete at the colliage level.
