Rev. Amanda Hoover

Amanda has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration: Business Management, a Master’s Degree in School Counseling, as well as Certificates of Advanced Study in School Counseling and School Administration. Amanda worked as a public school counselor for several years before becoming a School Administrator in Special Education and later a School Principal. She has been a spiritual seeker and student of metaphysics from a young age. She is the Founder of Net of Love LLC, through which she provides healing services, sacred soul sessions to groups and individuals, meditation circles, retreats and classes. She is a Certified Life Coach, Spiritual Counselor, Ascension Guide, Shamanic Healer and Reiki Master Practitioner. She has received extensive training through ancient Egyptian ascension modalities. Amanda serves as a metaphysical minister at the Institute.

Self Care for Lightworkers

Join Rev. Amanda Hoover for a mission critical journey into Self-Care for Lightworkers and Healthcare workers. Energetic and practical self-care requires taking responsibility for our own well-being, and in return, being able to better serve our community. This ZOOM only course provides recommended therapeutic self-care for lightworkers & healers.

As healers and lightworkers, we often put the needs of others before our own physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being. In this three-part series, we will explore the multitude of tools and practices to boost our self-care and have an abundance of resources to share with others.

This course is open to all Seekers empowering themselves to sharpen their intuitive gifts during these challenging times. It also meets a requirement for the ISD Intuitive Practitioner Certificate Program and the Healing Certification Program. Rolling Admission. You do NOT need to be enrolled in the Intuitive Practitioner to sign up for this course.

Objectives

To acknowledge, honor and commit to self-scans, self- assessment and
discipline of Self-Care
Develop the ability to get out of a “rut” and implement a diversity of methods of Self-Care
Establish a variety of Grounding Mechanisms for different situations
Create both an “Inner” and “Outer” Sacred Space and learn how to maintain the space
Explore various methods and tools such as Affirmational Meditations, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) and Prayer Treatments
Discover therapeutic modalities to incorporate into your life: Sound/Music therapy, creative arts, the use of colors in your life, “Forest or Nature” Bathing and community service outreach that balance your self-care.

This course is intended to be inspiring and motivational, expanding the self-care toolkit for ourselves, and our clients. This course will take place via Zoom, get link when you register.
