Venture out to the unusual... join Plate & Bottle Supper Club for a new dining adventure on Saturday, May 27, 2023, 6:30pm for our spring pop-up dinner party.

Plate & Bottle has been hosting supper club dinners since 2014.  Bring your own bottle of wine or drinks of choice and sit down to hand crafted dishes set among old and new friends in a curated setting.  This event will be held outside with plenty of heaters to keep you warm.

Chef Hedy Nochimson is proprietor of Plate & Bottle Supper Club/Catering.  Chef Hedy celebrates flavor, intensity, and balance in her menus.  She has trained under several lauded bay area chefs and is committed to the highest standards in quality ingredients.

 ~ celery veloute, walnut, currents, celery leaf

 ~ little gem lettuce, herbed buttermilk, crushed croutons, shaved radish

~ olive oil poached rack of lamb, olive, white bean puree, spring vegetable

  "green" farro risotto, green spring vegetable, lemon, mascarpone,               parmesan, seared maitake mushroom

~ lemon curd tart, raspberry coulis, whipped cream

   pot de creme duo, vanilla bean, rhubarb and chocolate hazelnut,                 candied hazelnut
