The Multiple Aspects of a (Food) Waste to Biogas Project– A Field Day

Anaerobic Digestion of organic waste such as food waste is an alternative to landfilling that results inenvironmental benefits such as improved air quality, biogas recovery, and nutrients recovery. This fieldday will highlight the considerations and challenges that Green Era Sustainability has overcome to buildand operate the Green Era Campus which include an Anaerobic Digestion Facility. We’ll provide anoverview of the key components of anaerobic digestion systems and highlight funding and technicalassistance to investigate new opportunities. We will also tour Green Era Campus and uncover theirsecrets to success.
