Title of Program:  The Oklahoma Tax Commission Journey

Presentation Objectives:  As a result of participating in this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Understand the history of the OTC
  2. Understand the current state of the OTC
  3. Understand future plans of the OTC

About Doug:  Doug Linehan is the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Linehan came to the Oklahoma Tax Commission with 30 years of global finance and accounting experience. He began his career with Deloitte. Subsequently, he was with ConAgra Foods and held a variety of positions with increasing levels of responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Controller and Senior Vice President, Finance. Linehan also served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Molycop. Prior to joining the Oklahoma Tax Commission, he led the accounting function, and later, the tax operations function at Paycom Software.

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Attendee accepts responsibility to determine if the course meets acceptable guidelines set forth by their reporting authority.
