Calling Educators from the following counties: Yakima, Benton Franklin, Chelan Douglas, and Cowlitz.

When: Wednesday, May 18th 7:00-8:0am

Purpose: To gather feedback from educators with involvement with or an interest in the Job Foundation Program. Wise will facilitate this online focus group to draw upon your experiences and perspectives in order to learn what is working well and what needs to be improved in order to increase awareness and participation in the program.

What to Expect: This focus group will be hosted by Wise and will include educators in the participating counties.

  • You will be able to join the meeting via Zoom on laptop or mobile phone
  • We will ask questions about your experience working with the Job Foundation program
  • The questions will be provided in advance of the meeting and will be available in alternate formats if needed

Register now to be part of this important conversation and add your unique perspective and input as we work together to provide more opportunities for students and families to participate in this program.

Join this conversation to help Wise and DDA support your county to identify

  • Needs you may have in your community that would help get more students enrolled in Job Foundation.

  • Barriers or obstacles you are facing in your current role that are affecting marketing and outreach, enrollment numbers, and program management.

  • Ideas for training and technical assistance that would support providers, DVR, and DDA to improve partnerships and outreach to families, educators, and transition students.
