9th National Conference on Housing Mobility

See the Conference Agenda below or click to see the Agenda.

Make plans to join us in Washington, DC September 20th for the 9th National Conference on Housing Mobility at a time of exciting momentum in our field. Hosted by PRRAC, Mobility Works, CLPHA and NAHRO.

Featuring a keynote address by Professor Raj Chetty and a progress report on the Community Choice Demonstration.

The ninth national housing mobility conference comes at a time of exciting momentum in our field – the launch of the Community Choice Demonstration in 8 metro areas, the release of a new $25M Mobility Services funding notice to support new and existing mobility programs, and potential policy changes at HUD that could improve low-income families’ access to higher opportunity communities.

This year (our first in-person conference since 2018!), we are planning panels on:

  • Latest research on housing mobility and the Housing Choice Voucher program
  • Progress report on the Community Choice Demonstration
  • Innovations in housing mobility practice
  • Developing policy prospects at HUD and in Congress

Schedule
Registration: 8:15-8:50am
Conference sessions: 9:00am-5:30pm
Informal reception on-site: 5:30-7:30pm
