About the Course
The HAZWOPER Hazardous Materials course is a one-week training for general site workers. The Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120) applies to employers and their employees who are exposed or potentially exposed to hazardous substances, including hazardous waste, when performing one of the five operations listed below:
1) clean-up operations at uncontrolled hazardous waste sites;
2) corrective actions covered by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA);
3) voluntary clean-up operations at uncontrolled hazardous waste sites; 4) operations at RCRA Emergency Response-regulated treatment, storage, and disposal facilities;
5) operations involving hazardous substances.

Registration Refund and Course Cancellation Policy

To refund your registration, we must receive your cancellation e-mail no later than 10 business days prior to the course start date. . Cancellations received after the refund deadline will not be processed. If you paid your registration via check, provide the check number in your e-mail.
P2R Consortium reserves the right to cancel a course no later than 10 business days prior to the course start date. If we cancel a course, we will notify you via the e-mail address provided on your registration form. Our liability for cancelled events is limited to the registration fee paid per course.
