The R.A.D. Women's Basic Physical Defense course is a foundational class based on education and awareness. The course includes lecture, discussion and self-defense techniques suitable for women of all ages and abilities.
This is a FOUR DAY course with two days the first week and two days the following week. Each lesson builds on the previous day so it is important to ensure you can attend all class days before signing up.
Remember this is a physical self-defense class so wear loose or comfortable athletic clothing. Athletic shoes are recommended, no opened-toed shoes, sandals, or heels. No jewelry will be permitted during the physical aspect due to the chance of injury or damage to the equipment.
