Presentation and discussion by legal and risk control professionals on current trends in the area of RISK which will be of interest to architectural, engineering and environmental firms. Panelists will present and discuss business practices to help your firm mitigate risk and improve performance.

Tim Corbett Founder and President of SmartRisk, Tim has extensive experience developing and implementing risk and performance management programs for architects, engineers, environmental consultants, and building professionals.
Brian K. Stewart, Esq. Partner, Collins Collins Muir + Stewart, LLP. Brian handles predominantly professional liability and catastrophic injury matters. He represents professionals in all aspects of their professional practice with an emphasis in representation of design, including contract review negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
The morning seminar will include breakfast & lunch. At the conclusion of our morning seminar, we invite those interested to enjoy a round of golf held at The Links at Terranea; a nine-hole, par-3 Southern California oceanfront golf course or an afternoon pass to the Terranea spa facilities.
