Resources for Building Resilience & Psychological CPR

Burnout, toxic stress, and traumatic experiences are becoming more prevalent, especially in the helping professions and first responder community. During this 2 day training, gain simple strategies for protecting and enhancing your resilience, in addition to preventing the long-term impacts of these types of exposures. Explore your own neurobiology so that they can better understand and manage their own experiences related to burnout, toxic stress, and trauma. Learn Psychological CPR, which is a form of psychological first aid that can be used in the days and weeks after a crisis, natural disaster, or other critical incident to reduce distress symptoms associated with the traumatic experiences.
