Attendees will participate in 2 days of learning sessions that focus on providing information about USDA meat processing programs, grants, and various topics surrounding health inspection requirements. This summit will delve into ranking and scoring for USDA grant applications, navigating State and Federal inspections, and discussing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point plans (HACCP).
