Welcome to the 2023 CASTA Fall Conference EXPO webpage. The annual EXPO and Bus Show is held on the Wednesday of the Fall Conference with a reception to cap things off in the evening. Booths, bus spaces, sponsorships, and giveaways are available for purchase.

Registration Items:
- Exhibitor Booth: $1,500
- Bus Space Only: $500
- Exhibitor Booth w/ Bus Space: $2,000
- Additional Exhibitor (Booth or Bus Space not included): $300
Booths include:
- 10' x 10' space with a 6' table and two chairs
- Carpet
- Electricity and plug-ins
- Registration for one (1) exhibitor, addtional exhibitors are an additional cost
- Access to the full conference.
- Booths will be assigned and communicated to exhibitors one week prior to the start of the EXPO
- Attendee Registration list (We will be sending the registration list out to exhibitors when registration closes. If you would like to see a basic list you may go to the Attendee registration page and view current registrants in the bottom left corner.)
Bus Show
- The bus show will be located a short walk south of the Elevation Hotel on 18 Snowmass road, Mount Crested Butte, CO (Directions)
- Buses may begin arriving the afternoon of Tuesday, September 12.
- Call or text Joey Parks at (520) 349-2556 upon arrival.
- Spots will be assigned upon arrival.
- Buses must vacate the parking lot he morning of Thursday, September 14.
