WFF US: Wit & Wisdom Series: Navigating Cultural Considerations 

Women in Fund Finance is pleased to hold the next Wit & Wisdom Series meeting of 2023 connecting senior women in the fund finance industry with junior members for intimate breakfast discussions.

While we welcome all to join, this event is specifically targeted towards our junior to mid-level female colleagues with 2 to 10 years of experience working in the fund finance industry, that are not Managing Directors, Partners or C-suite executives.

Join host Saaima Shahin, Managing Director & Private Equity CFO, at New Mountain Capital on Tuesday, August 8th to discuss Navigating Cultural Considerations. Saaima will be joined by Montserrat Serra-Janer (J.P. Morgan), Fazillah Durante (Scotiabank) and Inetta Rafailova (Atlantic Street Capital) to discuss managing challenges related to different cultural backgrounds in a professional setting, language barriers, workplace etiquette in different countries, differences in negotiation style and other similar considerations.

Attendees agree that they will be bound by Chatham House Rules. The contents of these discussions are strictly private and confidential and may not be disclosed outside of the meeting.
