Diverse Pour: A Sake Soiree with DFF

Austin Power (Sake Sommelier and owner of Accidental Bar) will be leading an informal tasting and conversation about all things sake.  Austin studied sake under the guidance of Satsko Watanabe (Sake Bar Satsko) for ten years and worked with Ariel Arce at Tokyo Record Bar, Niche Niche, Special Club and Airs Champagne - crafting signature speeches to ignite passion for sake.  Accidental Bar's philosophy is to help more people drink more sake, more “Austin”-tatiously!  Come for the party, leave a little smarter.
