Supervisor Academy 

Contrary to what some people may say, there is a huge difference between a regular supervisor in the workplace and a supervisor who is a leader in the workplace.  Not everyone naturally comes by the skills necessary to be a true leader, but with some training, a person can come to develop these important skills and become a leader!  This 10 week journey will help your employees reach their full potential!
