Please use this registration to register your child in the Children's/Infant's Program at the 63rd Annual Diocesan Convention.

This program is provided for children of registered participants at Diocesan Convention, for infants through 5th grade. If there are fewer than five children registered by October 1, the children's program may be canceled.

Check-in for the Children's program for ages 4+ will begin after Eucharist ends. 

Lunch on Saturday 10/21 is included in the Registration Fee.

If paying by check, be sure to note "Children's/Infant's Program" on your check and mail it to:

Do not mail it to the Diocesan PO Box as it will delay your reservation. Reservations and payments must be received by September 22, 2023.

Additional Information about Children's Program:

• We encourage you to attend Eucharist with your child before check-in.
• You must sign your child in AND out whenever you pick them up and bring them back.
• Have your child dress comfortably for a day of fun!
• To bring: labeled water bottle; special food if your child has food allergies or dietary restrictions; pillow/blanket/cuddly toy; swim suit, towel, and sunscreen; for infants and toddlers diapers, wipes, food, anything needed for naps
• To leave at home: electronic devices, cash; Children's Ministries will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
• This Children's Program is provided for the convenience of parents/guardians attending Convention and for the enrichment and fellowship of the children. You must remain on the premises and be available by cell phone at all times by Children's Program staff.
