YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN US AS A SPONSOR, VENDOR, OR APOSTOLATE
The Diocese of Gary will host a Eucharistic Revival conference on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Bishop Noll Institute in Hammond, IN, from 7:30 AM till noon. The Revival will include Mass, Eucharistic procession, adoration, breakout sessions for all ages, and lunch.The conference aims to bring families and individuals to experience a greater love, appreciation, and knowledge of Jesus present in the Blessed Sacrament. We are currently seeking sponsors, vendors, and apostolates to be a part of this incredible event.
SPONSORS
The Vatican International Exhibition of the Eucharistic Miracles of the World, based on the work of Blessed Carlos Acutis, will be displayed at the conference. This worldwide exhibition includes 158 recognized miracles of the Eucharist, both from the past and from modern times. Sponsors, both private and corporate, are needed to help pay for the exhibit which will then be available to individual parishes throughout the diocese for display after the conference. Sponsorship will also go to help with the cost of the conference, as the ticket price has been kept intentionally low.
As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to promote the Catholic faith and devotion to Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. In addition, sponsors will receive recognition in the program and on the Diocese of Gary website. Sponsors will also be given the use of a display table, if they wish.

All artwork for the program ads is due by August 1st.
VENDORS
Cost for display table—$100 per table
Location will be in the main hallway of the high school and will be assigned in a first-come/first-serve basis. You will have a choice of 1. Near main entrance door, 2. Middle of hall, 3. Near auditorium and lunchroom.
There are a limited number of electrical outlets near the auditorium. Extension cords will be needed. Vendor’s name and contact (website) information will be listed in the program.
APOSTOLATES
Apostolates are invited to present their ministry at a display table during the conference.
Cost of display table—$50, no sales
