Reflection and Action: Conversations with the Authors of the Anti-Asian Racism Report for the YRDSB
This June, the York Region District School Board received a report regarding anti-Asian racism in the YRDSB from Dr. Mary Reid, Associate Professor at OISE, and Dr. Ardavan Eizadirad, Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Education at Wilfrid Laurier University and OISE alumni.
To acknowledge this landmark report, the Office of Dean Erica Walker invites you to a reception where we will hear from Dr. Reid and Dr. Eizadirad, share perspectives on the report and its findings, and explore how we can move toward systemic change.
