MO-ACHE Physician Engagement Lecture Series
Part 1: Leadership
“Doctors must be central players in the sweeping changes transforming health care. Indeed, any change strategy they do not embrace is doomed.” — Thomas Lee, MD
This lecture series is designed for physicians to help them become integral leaders within hospitals, health systems, outpatient facilities, and other healthcare entities.
This lecture series is designed for those who are:

- interested in learning how to work with administration
- want to understand the future direction of healthcare
In Part 1, we will discuss the history of physician leadership and discuss how physician leaders can set the tone for reducing burnout and increasing physician engagement.
