Person and Family PORII Training

Online EventThe DDA is excited to announce that we will be offering training related to PORII that will be geared specifically toward people and their families, providers, CCS agencies and DDA staff. These webinars will be recorded and accessible on our website.
The training will be an overview of PORII to gain knowledge on roles, responsibilities, and overall reporting expectations. These training sessions are not required, but are an additional resource/tool, and are included within our training matrix. The DDA hopes all are able to utilize these training sessions to ensure the health and safety of people.

This training has been developed specifically for people receiving services and their family members to gain knowledge of the full process of a reportable incident and understand the roles and responsibilities of the person’s team.
