New York State recently released the final version of its Model Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy, together with new training materials. This follows the release of a proposed model policy in January 2023.

After receiving extensive workplace investigative training, Caprice was granted an AWI-CH Certificate by the Association of Workplace Investigators. As a certified mediator, she volunteers for the EEOC. Additionally, Caprice sits on the Executive Board of Directors for the Central New York Chapter of SHRM.

Caprice earned a B.S and MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from SUNY Oswego. When Caprice is not working with clients, she enjoys traveling for good food and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
