"Under the Big Top" Community Resource Fair at Star Center, Dec 2nd, 2023
We're headed back to where we started! On The Road with PartnerCafe is hosting another "Under the Big Top" Community Resource fair at Star Center in Tacoma! We hope that you'll join us as we work to get information and resources into the hands of people that need them.
We are looking for vendors who cover these areas and more:- Housing
- Mental Health
- Healthcare (Medical Coverage)
- Healthcare (Medicare)
- Aging and Disability
- Special Needs
- Transportation
- Education
- Autism Support
- Dementia & Alzheimer's Support
- Youth & Young Adults
- Counseling
- Veterans Services
Event Fees
In order to help us cover the costs of this event, we are charging a fee. Payment will include the reservation of a booth space at our event. As many of you may know, we are a very small team and we strive to do as much as possible with our small budget. In order to provide our vendors and our event attendees with the best experience we have chosen to increase our vendor fees.
Large Org Vendor fee (6 or more Employees): $100
Small Org Vendor fee (5 or less Employees): $50
We know what it's like to be on a budget, and we want to work with you if these fees are too much for your organization to cover. If you want to be at this fair, we want you there too. Please contact us directly before you register! Email info@ontheroadwpc.org
Special Projects
We are hoping to be able to giveaway items to event guests and raffle off some Gift Baskets. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own giveaway items. If you've got a giftbasket to donate to the event raffle, please get in touch with Cheri.
